The Chrome Cranks

Jerry Teel was the leader and soul of the demented voodoobilly rockers Honeymoon Killers. Their last album featured Russell Simins on drums and Jon Spencer on guitar, and the connection extended to Teel participating to the first two Boss Hog albums. In 1992 Teel joined the Chrome Cranks, a band that had been languishing since it was formed in 1988 by Peter Aaron (a Jeffrey Lee Pierce-soundalike) and guitarist William Weber. With Teel, also a new drummer joined the band: Dan Willis. Read more on Last.fm
